Ingredients
- 1 Medium Avocado Soft
- ¼ Tsp Garlic granules
- ¼ Tsp Lime juice
- ¼ Tsp Chilli flakes Optional
- ½ Tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Slice around the middle of the avocado lengthways when you hit the seed
- Twist the avocados in opposite directions and remove the seed
- Scoop out the avocado from the skin using a spoon and put on the chopping board
- Mash the avocado with the fork until it’s creamy and smooth
- Add the garlic granules, lime juice, salt and extra virgin olive oil
- Use the fork and give everything a mix together, then add to the serving bowl
- Sprinkle with chilli flakes (if using)
Top Tips
- Add diced tomatoes and onion for a fresher taste
- Have the guacamole chunky instead of smooth by mashing it up less
