Equipment

  • Chopping board
  • Fork
  • Tablespoon
  • Sharp knife
  • Serving bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Avocado Soft
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic granules
  • ¼ Tsp Lime juice
  • ¼ Tsp Chilli flakes Optional
  • ½ Tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Slice around the middle of the avocado lengthways when you hit the seed
  • Twist the avocados in opposite directions and remove the seed
  • Scoop out the avocado from the skin using a spoon and put on the chopping board
  • Mash the avocado with the fork until it’s creamy and smooth
  • Add the garlic granules, lime juice, salt and extra virgin olive oil
  • Use the fork and give everything a mix together, then add to the serving bowl
  • Sprinkle with chilli flakes (if using)

Top Tips

  • Add diced tomatoes and onion for a fresher taste
  • Have the guacamole chunky instead of smooth by mashing it up less
