Overnight Oats

Ingredients

You’ll need:

  • 50g oats
  • water
  • 25g seeds/nuts
  • ½ banana
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt (of your choice)
  • 100ml milk (of your choice)

Equipment

You’ll need:

  • Dessert bowl
  • Spoon
  • Small plate

Instructions

Method:

  1. Put the oats in the bowl
  2. Pour over water until all the oats have been covered.
  3. Give everything a mix together and put the small plate on top. Put in the fridge and leave overnight
  4. In the morning, take the plate off and mix everything together using a spoon
  5. Slowly pour in the milk until the consistency is moist but not wet. You might not need to use all of the milk.
  6. Add the fruit, seeds, yoghurt and mix together

TOP TIPS

  • Add the fruit with the water to release all of the juices overnight
  • Leave the seeds until the morning for added crunch
  • Add coconut yoghurt for added sweetness
