Last term we delivered our Healthy Me programme to Hurst and Northwood Primary School’s. We conducted some feedback with the year 3 and year 5 classes respectively and found that 82% of children said they are eating more fruit and veg, 70% said they feel healthier now than when they started the programme, and 69% said they were eating less sugary foods.
