Eat Like A Champ

At Sherwood Park we delivered the rest of the Eat Like A Champ programme to the Year 5’s. Earlier on this year the children took part in 3 assessments where they kept on online diary of the foods/drinks they consumed in a 24-hour period. So far the children have had lessons on:

  • Eat Well
  • Nutrients and fibre
  • Hydration
  • Energy
  • Making healthier choices
  • Staying active
