We are pleased to announce that we will be delivering our Healthy Me programme in new school, Christ Church (Erith) Primary School. We will be working with Years 2-5, where all of the children will receive information about the different food groups in the Eatwell Guide, get to try a range of healthier snacks to crisps and chocolate, and take part in a variety of fun games to reinforce the content of the lesson. Years 1 and 6 will benefit from hour long healthy eating workshops that touches on the most important information in the Healthy Me programme. Christ Church (Erith) will also have parent workshops that encourage the family to try out everything they have learned about healthy eating/living. For more information on how we can help your school, send us an email via the ‘contact’ page.
